The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System™ encourages and accelerates global adoption of sustainable green building and development practices through the creation and implementation of universally understood and accepted tools and performance criteria.

Energy Star Certification 2008:
An ENERGY STAR certified facility has met strict energy performance standards set by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. It uses less energy and causes fewer greenhouse gas emissions than its peers. To qualify for the ENERGY STAR, a building must score in the top 25 percent based on EPA's National Energy Performance Rating System.

Sustainable Quality Award Grand Prize Winner 2006:
