Earth Day at Santa Monica Pier
Santa Monicans are devoted to keeping our planet beautiful, healthy, and clean. So it’s no surprise that Earth Day means a lot to us. One way to experience it? Participate in Nothin’ But Sand, an annual event that gathers people to collect waste from the beach. Join in the action on the north side of the Santa Monica Pier on April 21 and gain free admission to the Santa Monica Aquarium. On the following weekend, you can visit a “Wildlife Station” on the West end of the Pier, and a “Who Pollutes?” seminar to learn everything there is to know about keeping our planet clean.
